'Share Dialog' Action
Share dialog is a generic OS sharing feature to share across multiple app.
It is available as an EachScape Action, implement once in Studio and it will call the respective native OS sharing services,
Share Dialog lets you share across all enabled sharing apps on a device.
These usually include - but are not limited - to:
- Text
- Notes
- Save to PDF
- ...
User can also
- Save Image (for picture)
- Assign to Contact
- Copy
- ...
Tutorial App
The Tutorial App 'Share Dialog' will help you understand how the Share Dialog works.
Usage
The Action shares:
- Subject
- Body
- Dialog Title
You can share any kind of text including links (URLs) to remote assets.
Remember this is a Generic action: The shared items listed above will be share differently depending on the App sharing them. Facebook Post are not email nor Tweets.
Sharing Local Images
An image stored locally on device can be shared with this Action.
The local image must to be passed on via Custom Block.

Videos & Audio
You can share Audio and Video via URL using Subject or Body fields.
You cannot share a Video or Audio locally stored on your device (Media Library).
