IMPORTANT: Is it very important to properly configure your Firebase Plugin. Without proper setting your app might fail to compile.

Requirements

  • A Firebase account (see Google's documentation for creating a Firebase project)
  • Install the Firebase Analytics Plugin in your app:
    • Go to Plugin tab
    • Select Firebase Analytics Plugin then install.



Configuration

  1. From the Studio (Develop Tab) select 'Edit App'
  2. Under 'Edit App' select the 'Plugins' Tab
  3. Under '3rd Party' Tab, select 'Firebase Common'
  4. To enable Firebase Analytics for Android, enter or upload the google-services.json file from the Firebase Console under Firebase Services Configuration for Android.
  5. To enable Firebase Analytics for iOS, enter or upload the GoogleService-Info.plist file from the Firebase Console under Firebase Services Configuration for iOS.



You are done!


After you generate your app, it will now automatically report events such as app launch and view changes to Firebase. To add custom reporting events to your app, use the "Log Add'l Firebase Analytics Event" Action.
