Prepare Content for Publication
What Publish All does
Publish All creates a new Content Distribution Patch using the latest available updates of the SQL DB on Device along with the latest assets (image, audio, video) stored on device but outside that SQL DB.
Content Distribution includes ALL the SQL DB and ALL the on device assets, it is not restricted to just one Cloud Collection. Publish All publishes all the Cloud Collection associated with the App.
Content Distribution are incremental.
